How It Started
It Began With a Camera and a Class
Long before there was a photobooth, there was a high school student with a passion she didn't fully have words for yet. In classes covering photography, digital video, and Photoshop, Marissa discovered something that would stay with her: the ability to freeze a moment in time and hand it to someone forever.
It wasn't just about taking pictures. It was about what those pictures meant — a laugh that would otherwise be forgotten, a look shared between two people, a moment of pure joy that deserved to be kept. That feeling never left.
The Business
Reflective Moments Was Born in 2024
Born in Watsonville and raised across Central California — Watsonville, Gustine, and now San Juan Bautista — Marissa has always been at home on the road. These communities, their people, and their celebrations are part of who she is.
In 2024, she took that lifelong passion and turned it into something real: Reflective Moments Photo Booth. A 40-inch mirror photobooth built to bring something special to every event — from intimate birthday parties to large corporate galas — across the Bay Area, South Bay, Central Coast, and Merced County.
Traveling all over Central California isn't a challenge — it's second nature. These are her people, and she shows up for them.
